Port Hope, ON - Tammie’s Jammies collect new pairs of pajamas for children aged newborn to 18 who are in the care of Highland Shores Children’s Aid. In 2020, 425 pairs of pajamas were collected for these children. Tammie’s Jammies hope to collect even more pajamas this year.
In Ontario there’s a monthly average of 9300 children in care with Children’s Aid. The holidays can be an especially difficult time and sharing the warmth and joy of the season becomes more important than ever.
New pajama donations can be dropped off at the Port Hope Police Station, any Port Hope Transit Bus, Giant Tiger in Port Hope, Independent Grocer, or Queenie’s Bakery until December 20th.
