Get Ready for the 10th Annual Pickering RibFest!
Pickering, ON - June 2nd,
3rd, and 4th, 2017 will mark the 10th anniversary of Pickering
RibFest! From its' humble beginnings in 2008, the event has grown to
be one of the premiere festival events in Durham Region, not to
mention the Greater Toronto, area.
Pickering RibFest is
brought to you by the Rotary Clubs of Ajax and Pickering. Their
combined hard work has helped make this ribfest a resounding success.
One hundred percent of the profits from the Pickering RibFest go to
local charities and international humanitarian projects.
This 10th Anniversary year
will be the biggest ribfest yet. Like years before, Pickering RibFest
2017 will include ribbers, craft beer, food, vendors, family
attractions, and musical entertainment. For the 10th year however,
Pickering RibFest is pleased to present the first ever Durham
BuskerFest. For the whole weekend, buskers will be performing
throughout the RibFest, and now BuskerFest, grounds. In addition, a
tribute is planned for the late Rick Johnson, a former Pickering
Councillor who was a key player in the founding of Pickering RibFest.
