Another suggestion I have is that you create a specific Gmail account that is used for all your online resources tools. Again, make sure the business or organization has the current password and test it. Besides domain names, websites and social resources, you can also include Google Website Tools, Analytics, and Ads.
A little effort before you have a problem will save you from having a big problem. If you cannot retrieve the resources, you would then have to recreate them. This would cause you to have duplicate resources which is not a good thing.
